ingredients needed
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup of Strawberries ( also try other fruit )
- 1 Handful of Ice ( crushed reccomended )'
- optional:
- Try adding bannanas to sweeten
- Add a little amount of lettuce as extra healthy add-in
how to mix / serve:
- Pour All Ingredients in Blender
- Mix Well
- Pour in Glass
